This is my largest painting I have ever done, it was the centrepiece for my From Glacier to Glacier solo exhibition at the Revelstoke Public Art Gallery last summer and one of my favourite paintings I have ever done (I never write that but I’m admitting it for this one). It captures one of my favourite places on earth, Yoho National Park. From the right I captured Emerald Lake, The President and Vice President Mountains with Takakwa Falls. The town of Field with its little lake, the Spiral Tunnels and the train and then to the left we have highway 1 and O’Hara Lake. This is a special one.

This original is 48” x 96” acrylic on canvas on 1.5” thick canvas with the edges painted, giving it a clean, finished look when hung on the wall. Framing is optional as this painting is wire mounted and ready to hang.
