Let's try this again...

Confession: I'm not much of a reader, I like drawing and painting and everything visual.

When I do pick up a book (and a glass of wine) it is almost always something to do with business and specifically the art business.

All of my art business books, my favourite Arrowleaf wine, my Dream Job Business Planner and my trusty sketchbook. 

I LOVE love love  learning something new about entrepreneurship and being motivated to try something different.  So this is my new book that I picked up from Opus (my art supply store and second home). Blog Inc. By Joy Deangdeelert Cho and so far it's been that kick in the butt to start writing again.  I've started a few times and then stopped after a few posts but I'm feeling inspired and believe this is a better time to start writing again.

One of my favourite things to do is teach classes and share with others this journey I'm on. I enjoy the interaction and learn so much from them too.  That's what writing and blogging are all about right?? My goal here is to share with you my art journey, inspirations and behind the scenes glimpses while balancing raising two energetic kids (Age 5 & 2) and a husband...who always has a book in his hands.
